how can i place the order?

The status of your order is either “in production” or “shipped”. You can verify this from your personal settings.

Can i change or cancel my order?

Our order processing is automatic. It is not possible to change or cancel an order that has been placed. If you wish to change you can but within a week you can change the delivery address only, you can contact us by email.
